Evette Schaeffer Serial Numbers Saxophone Clip

I'm very confused about this saxophone. It is a tenor, I played it during grade school and junior high, and some in high school. That was about 6-9 years ago. I got it from my dad, which played it while he was in school. He's 51 now, so that would be about the 1970's. I do have pictures, but they came out poorly because my camera doesnt seem to take good pictures anymore. So I'll give description everything on it. The serial numbers are throwing me off because going by them, they state it was made in the mid 1980's..which i dont know how thats possible if my dad played it in the late 60's to mid 70's. Unless they have a time machine that they are hiding.
It looks just like this one, only a little more wear on my sax. https://forum.saxontheweb.net/showthr..chaeffer+tenor
Serial number on the horn: 37150 (no 'made in' anywhere on it'
Serial number on the neck: 35150 (has a sun like design on the octave part)
Case badge: Evette & Schaeffer By Buffet Paris, France
Mouthpiece cover: 'Buffet Crampon(or Cramyon) & Cil. A. Paris'
Mouthpiece clamp: 'Buffet-Crampon, France'
Mouthpiece: 'Evette & Schaeffer Paris France. ModeleBuffetCrampon'
Design on bell area says 'Evette Schaeffer' along with a design
Some of them may be mispelled as some are little hard to read. Does not have the master thing.
If anyone knows information please tell me whether or not if this saxophone is worth anything or if its one of the school grade ones.

If you still have the box, the serial number should be there are well. It's on a small white sticker, usually at the top of the box and usually stuck on the black/dark portion of it. No, the ESN # (or unit ID number as Garmin calls it) is not the same as the serial number.

Hi guys, my Garmin colorado was stolen from my car today and the police would like the serial # as they think are pretty certain they have found the culprit. I, idiotically, did not ever write down the serial #, register the device with Garmin, or keep the box that it shipped in.

I am checking out an Evette Alto Sax with the serial # N165013. Is there a web site that list the serial numbers of these instruments to find out really where they were made by the serial number? Thanks for any info. All I can see on the sax is Evette and this serial number. I have an Evette Schaeffer tenor sax with a serial number of 39793, Italy. A thorough listing of any and all markings, serial numbers,.

(I do have ALL of the contents of the box, but nothing seems to show a serial # except for the trip and waypoint manager software. I have connected my Colorado to my computer and downloaded caches from geocaching.com, and was hoping that my device's serial # would be saved in some log on my computer-maybe in the files for the garmin plug in for my web browser?

Electronics often have the SN on the bill of sale. You did keep the bill of sale or shipping invoice or whatever didn't you? If not some will charge a bit to look it up which is fair. Did you ask the techs at Geocaching if they used the S/N anywhere in the download process as does the Garmin Communicator. That always at least recognizes the GPS or seems to on a single loading direct to GPS. Perhaps the newer direct transfer type GPX files don't do that at all.

Doug 7rxc + 1. Hopefully your best friend will be your supplier. When you get it back, 'engrave' it with one of those pens you can read with UV light, or something else. From camping with Scouts as a leader, I learned to mark everything. With my GPSrs: I register on the site, which when you connect a Garmin, pulls the SN number from the unit.

Start-up screen lets you customize with name and phone number. I add a text file to the internal memory, containing name and phone. (Owner info.txt) I stick a label inside the battery compartment, with name and phone.

I keep a backup of the waypoint file. If you have this, print out and show the police so that they can see it matches the waypoints in the unit. See if you can describe any of the saved track-log locations. I keep a backup of the waypoint file.

If it still has cache info, you'll know what the list of 'found caches' contains, and you'll have an idea of what caches are on it. If you saved a Pocket Query file with a custom name, that's a good clue. And you can list any custom settings, and even the type and brand of batteries.
