Fsinn Installation Tutorial

Hello every one,
I downloaded FSInn so i can fly on VATSIM.
Every time I open FSX I get this error
' Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid'
I checked Control Panel and COMDLG32.OCX was there.
When i open FSInnUi and click SET I get this error no matter what i do
'Run-time error '372':
Failed to load control 'settings' from FSXcopilotFSInn.ocx. Your version of FSCopilotFSInn.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application'
I tried 2 days looking all over the web of a way to fix to help me resolve the issue and found nothing.
Can some one help me fix this problem. I want to experience the fun of flying on VATSIM with all the pilots and ATC .
